All exchanges and returns are subject to seller approval. To be considered, requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order, with the original invoice, and items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
All shipping and delivery charges, as well as a 35% restocking fee based on the purchase price, will be assessed on seller-approved returns or exchanges. Customers assume all transportation costs. Actual shipping costs for replacement items are not credited or refunded and may incur additional charges.
Approved returns are issued as store credit. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue; thereafter, any unused credit is forfeited.

By placing an order with MODO Furniture, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
All floor sample sales are final. Floor samples are sold as-is, and there are no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed. The customer is responsible for confirming that each item fits their space and suits their intended use. MODO Furniture is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of a product.
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production. The customer is responsible for providing accurate specifications, measurements, and finish selections; MODO Furniture is not responsible for errors in customer-provided information. Production and delivery timeframes are estimates, and delays do not entitle the customer to a cancellation or refund.
All products are subject to availability. When an estimated availability date is provided and agreed upon, MODO Furniture is not liable for delays caused by stock shortages or late arrivals from the manufacturer.
Delivery is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, within Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Customers receive a two-hour delivery window. If a certificate of insurance is required by your building, please request it at least three days in advance. Any defects must be reported at the time of delivery; once the delivery form is signed, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.
In-store pickups must be scheduled at least two days in advance. Customers are responsible for inspecting items before leaving the store and assume all responsibility for safe transport once the item leaves our premises.
All returns and exchanges are subject to seller approval and a 35% restocking fee, plus any original shipping and delivery charges. Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue. For full details, please see our Return Policy.
Only the manufacturer's warranty applies to each product. MODO Furniture does not provide any additional warranty. Warranty claims do not cover stains, accidental damage, normal wear, or any issue that falls outside the manufacturer's coverage period.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, MODO Furniture reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.

We collect domain names, page-visit data, and IP addresses to compile aggregate statistics about how our site is used.
